Request a Copy Of Your Score Profile

edTPA Score Profiles are available in your account for two years after the score report date. You may view, print, and save your score profile from your account during that period.

You may also request that an additional copy be sent to yourself and/or an additional state or educator preparation program by submitting a completed edTPA Score Profile Request Form. The fee for this service is $50 per recipient.

Grant Access to a Score Profile to a Specific Recipient

As of March 2, 2021, candidates may request to provide copies of their score report to additional recipients of their choice. Candidates who need to provide their score report to additional recipients—including California candidates in an induction program and candidates with specific educator preparation program contacts—may find this service of use.
